Media Oxygen Consumption Level for A Seed Brek Fish (Puntius Orphoides)

Disolved oxygen plays an important role for fish living in its life environment. Information on the ammount of consumption a certain volume water is needed order to give balancing between disolved and it. The objective this research obtaining level juvenile brek (Puntius orphoides) 5-7 cm body length. Oxygen was measured using tube that equiped with DO tool (dissolved oxygent, DO), filled by fresh water. Measurement juvenil done measuring concentration dissolved from respirometer tube, began when had entered into up two hours observation. result showed rate length, ranging 0.816 1.734 mg/hour.
